There’s a lot of changes that are taking place in the motor city right now. Jim Schwartz has been fired after two straight seasons of incredible collapses, and most of his staff is gone as well. The Lions may have only gone 11-21 over the last two seasons, but they do have top-tier talent at nearly every position. They have the pieces in place to be a contender, but fail to reach their potential year after year.
